Born in Athens in 1976. He studied painting and printmaking at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1996-2002) and completed the Master Course in Visual Arts at the Athens School of Fine Arts at the same School (2006-2008). He has been a PhD candidate at the Department of Political Sciences at the School, Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, since 2010. Since 2018 he is Assistant Professor at the Athens School of Fine Arts. He has had four solo exhibitions and has participated in a number of group shows in Greece and abroad. He is also member of artistic groups, as Filopappou Group (www.omadafilopappou.info) and the artist- run non- profit organization Lo&Behold (www.loandbehold.gr). He is co- founder of the contemporary art and literature platform The Symptom Projects in Amfissa, Greece (www.thesymptomprojects.gr) and since 2006 he is writing book and art reviews for Greek newspapers and magazines.
