Peggy Kliafa is a multimedia visual artist of contemporary art dealing with subjects connected to Medicines, Treatment, and healing of body and soul.
She lives and works in Athens, Greece.
She graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts (with Honors) – Department of Painting with major in Sculpture (2011/12) – Integrated Master Degree -, as well as from the Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE) – Department of Business Administration with major in Marketing (1990) and had worked as a marketing manager for several years.
She has had solo exhibitions at Lola Nikolaou Gallery, Thessaloniki in 2016 and at Kappatos Gallery, Athens in 2013/14 as well as three-person shows at Lola Nikolaou Gallery in 2019 and at the Museum E. Averoff, Metsovo in 2017/18. In 2025 she will present her next solo exhibition in Zoumboulakis Galleries/ Zoumboulakis Contemporary.
She has participated in more than 60 group exhibitions and Art Fairs in Greece and abroad, such as in EMST (National Museum of Contemporary Art, Athens – during Documenta 14), Onassis Cultural Center – Stegi, Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall, Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art, Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art in Thessaloniki (now MOMUS), Archeological Museum of Thessaloniki, Mykonos Biennale, Makrideio Theatre of Cyprus, IFAC Arts @ The Yard, John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), The Opening Gallery, all 3 in New York- U.S.A, Salone degli Incanti in Trieste, Mercato Centrale di Milano, Beirut Art Fair, Art Athina etc.
Her artworks have been acquired by Public Collections/Museums in Greece as well as Foundations and Private Collections in Greece and abroad.
